Rosanna Santana
Manager Central America
Rosanna resides in the Dominican Republic and manages the operations in the country. She holds a master’s degree in Management and Productivity, as well as specialized studies in International business. She has extensive experience in sales and business development and extensive market knowledge of the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. She has been instrumental in leading business expansion efforts, launching new products, and developing strategic marketing plans. She is committed to driving growth and success while ensuring existing client loyalty.

Dave Ranglin
CEO
Dave Ranglin is CEO, and Co-Founder of US Scientific Distributors LLC (USSD) and COO for Northrock Enterpises LLC. Dave has over 25 years of experience in starting and operating businesses in the Caribbean as well as export and distribution businesses in South Florida. As an operations and management executive, he has been successful at building high-performance executive and sales teams and leading successful retail, agricultural and manufacturing organizations.

In Jamaica he successfully built and operated one of the country’s leading Pre-Owned car companies and subsequently he pioneered the supply and logistics of used cars from Singapore to Jamaica, Barbados, Cayman and the Bahamas Islands. He also cofounded and served as the CEO of Supply Expediters International Inc, Miami FL, a procurement and logistics company which was later acquired by Northrock Enterprises LLC, Pembroke Pines FL. At Northrock he serves as COO, managing the company’s export activities, US Government contracting services and operational processes. Currently in his present role as CEO of USSD, he leads the day to day operations and provides strategic direction with full responsibility for bottom line factors, including long range planning, distribution rights acquisition, and operational process flow. He has also been instrumental in the creation of a new product ( a Neutraceutical) for Companion Animals called Intesto-Guard (IG) which acts as an Immune System enhancer, and aids in mitigating against microbial infections in the Gastro-Intestinal tract of animals. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica. He is actively involved in the church community and is married with two children. He enjoys the outdoors, travelling, exercising and spending time with his family.

Dr. Valentino Grant DVM
President
Dr. Grant is President and Chairman of US Scientific Distributors LLC, a company which distributes innovative products to the Animal Health & Nutrition industries in the Caribbean and Central America. Dr. Grant is a practicing veterinarian and is presently a Partner in the Palmdale Veterinary Group of Veterinary Hospitals in Nassau, Bahamas.

He is a graduate of Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to attending veterinary school in 1988, Dr. Grant obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Zoology with a concentration in Biochemistry from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica. He also worked at the Jamaica Livestock Association ( JLA ) after obtaining his Bachelor of Science Degree where he served as Head of the Poultry Division for Jamaica and there gained tremendous experience in Poultry Science and Management.After working for two years at Bahamas Poultry (1992 – 1994), he became an Associate Veterinarian at the Community Animal Hospital in Freeport where he practiced for 13 years. He then moved to Nassau in 2005 and became the Senior Associate Veterinarian at Palmdale Veterinary Hospital. He became a Partner in the Practice in 2014.
Currently, he has been instrumental in the process of the creation of a new product (a Neutraceutical) for companion animals called Intesto-Guard (IG) which aids in mitigating against microbial infections in the Gastro-Intestinal tract while enhancing the Immune System of Animals to either fight current infections or to ward off any microbial challenges.
Dr. Grant is a past Vice President of the Bahamas Veterinary Medical Association and he currently sits on the board of the Bahamas Humane Society. He has also participated in many initiatives in Companion Animal Medicine in the Bahamas and he continues to serve his community in various initiatives.
